Thank you for shopping with Kalia Boutique. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we accept returns, if they qualify, in the form of store credit for merchandise received within 14 days of purchase. Returns must meet the following requirements: 

1. Please reach customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order via phone (1-763-339-1493) or email us at choua@kaliaboutique.com during regular business hours to start your return process. A return authorizaton number will be provided with your return and must be printed and included in your return. 

2. Merchandise must be delivered back to our facility within 14 days of receiving the return authorization number.  You are responsible for the return postage.

3. Returns past the 14-day grace period (in bullet 2) will not be eligible for return and you are responsible for the postage back to you.

4. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

5. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Kalia Boutique hangtags, attached.

6. Clearance items are not eligible for returns. 

Please Note:

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. 

Once the refund is issued, it can take 7-10 business days for it to show on your bank statements.

Any original shipping fees are non refundable.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchase until received by Selfie Leslie.

Kalia Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories.
